The term 'Roma and Travellers' is used to encompass a wide diversity of groups with dispersed populations across predominently Europe, including (but not limited to) Roma, Balkan Egyptians, Eastern groups, Travellers, and persons who identify themselves as Gypsies. Although many of these groups see travelling as part of their identity, they choose to live in different ways including regular housing, living permanently in mobile homes, travelling based on the seasons, and being 'on the road'.

A liquidity trap is a situation, described in Keynesian economics, in which, "after the rate of interest has fallen to a certain level, liquidity preference may become virtually absolute in the sense that almost everyone prefers holding cash rather than holding a debt (financial instrument) which yields so low a rate of interest."
